Returns

We have a 24-hour claim policy, which means you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item to report any issue.

Due to the nature of collectible, retro, and media products, we do not offer general returns or refunds unless the item:

  • Was incorrect
  • Was significantly damaged in transit
  • Is materially different from the product description

To be eligible for a claim:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Must include all original packaging and contents
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A full unboxing video from sealed package opening

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a claim will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue based on the evidence provided and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Opened sealed products
  • Trading cards once delivered or opened
  • Compatibility issues (console, region, etc.)
  • Minor wear consistent with described condition
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Anti-Fraud Policy

Due to previous fraudulent activity (including item swapping), we enforce strict verification procedures:

  • All items may be documented before shipping (photos/videos)
  • Serial numbers and unique identifiers may be recorded
  • Packaging process may be recorded

We reserve the right to reject any claim if:

  • The returned item does not match our records
  • The product has been tampered with
  • The item is swapped or altered

Fraudulent claims may result in:

  • Claim denial
  • Permanent ban from our store
  • Chargeback dispute defense
  • Legal action where applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a claim is approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement (if available), or
  • Provide a refund

Refunds

We will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
