Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RetroGCC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday.
  • Most orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
  • Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive shipping confirmation where applicable.

Shipping Coverage

RetroGCC currently ships throughout the United Arab Emirates to locations serviced by our delivery partners.

If your address falls outside our delivery coverage area, we will contact you before processing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah: 1 business day
  • Other UAE Emirates and cities: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, traffic, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Valid phone number
  • Any relevant delivery instructions

RetroGCC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Customer unavailability
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Our courier partner may attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be returned to RetroGCC.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:

  • Full payment must be made before the package is released.
  • Customers must pay the exact amount shown on the order confirmation.
  • Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in the order being returned to RetroGCC.

RetroGCC reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery services for customers with repeated refused or cancelled orders.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to RetroGCC if:

  • The customer refuses delivery.
  • The customer refuses payment for a COD order.
  • The customer cannot be contacted.
  • The delivery address is invalid or incomplete.
  • The order remains unclaimed.

In such cases, original shipping fees and return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and contents immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photographs when submitting your claim.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, RetroGCC will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier and delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Proof of delivery may be available upon request, subject to courier record retention policies.

Shipping Restrictions

RetroGCC reserves the right to refuse shipment of orders that violate applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
